Top 5:
1. Don is a player. He played at St. Michael’s and dominated with a star-studded crew. Plowe would pass him the ball. He then told those players they were not good enough, for he had found Chuck. Despite that, he was such a good guy prior to the departure that most everyone in the SMS family is still friendly with him today. He went onto Benedictine where he excelled in sports. He played Football just because and short of Houston might have been the most productive player on the team. He won the Effingham game almost by himself. He was a 3 year starter on the hardwood in the toughest region in the state. He was the common component in one of the greatest achievements in BC history. He, along with Frankie J., defeated Savannah High in consecutive years. The second of which came in the Ron Love Athletic Center. He also played baseball with Bunger and Patton. He was a LET III student.
2. Don is a gracious host. Whether it’s Tybee, Athens, or Statesboro he has always been more than generous with his living space. The room and board that has been offered by Don and his family over the past years has been quite amazing and there is almost nothing any of us can do to show the gratitude they deserve. In the same spirit, he is more willing than anyone I know to help you out when you need it.
3. He will have a good time. He has had his fair share of horsemen by his side, but no matter where the show goes the common thread is Don. He went stride for stride with the Champ for almost 4 years. The student caught up to the mentor and the show has only grown. There are people in Statesboro who still don’t know exactly what he’s doing and Williams sometimes falls asleep. I’ve never seen him in Vegas but if New Orleans was any indication I don’t know how good of an idea either one of those are. There are very few I have ever seen that can compete with him.
4. He lives well. He could not have attended better schools growing up, outside of 1 year. He lives on Tybee and can surf. He played sports and was good at them. People he doesn’t like, like him. Has fundamentally sound golf swing. He lived at Tanyard and could walk to Bourbon as well as Peaches. Has had girlfriends. He knew Idrissi and Bliss. He says he knows Durham. Honorary KA.
5. Still friends with Plowe despite him being a Dagon for 8 years. Makes fun of Shane a lot.
10-6 Happy Birthday, gtg.

Donnie is keeping me from losing my ass in the BC lines. To that, I say THANK YOU! And Happy Birthday!
Are you going to do basketball lines?
Basketball lines would be way too hard.
