Thank God Mark Bradley took the time to rip this apart so I didn't have to.
Though it's less about Bob Knight being an ass or a big baby a lot of the time than it is the fact that no elite recruit in his right mind would ever want to play for him. It would've been cool to see what he could have done with Felton's first couple of teams, but Georgia is much better than this now.

Lot of people ripping the infamous PWD for not wanting Knight. I wonder how many of them are big basketball fans and how many of them just like to see slow white guys play and their basketball for the year consists of Carolina-Duke and the Final Four.
Similar to what you are saying Don, the people who want CBK at Georgia are those who could give a crap about Georgia basketball. It would give them a reason to actually watch because they think it would be funny and entertaining, which it would be. No matter what you think of the man he is an all-time great. But his time has passed and for the betterment of the program in the near and distant future, their are plenty of other options that would serve Georgia a great deal more.
